This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the system, troubleshooting any issues, and helping customers realize the full potential of their investments from their systems.

The Agency Management System Administrator is responsible for the proper setup, management, and maintenance of Applied Epic and CSR24 products and processes including download, reporting, etc. for Helix clients via its various managed services. This role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the system, troubleshooting any issues, and helping customers realize the full potential of their investments from their systems.
